1. All your paintings are hand made?
All our products are genuine hand-painted oil paintings on canvas. No machine printing or computer spraying is used.
2.How close are your Reproductions to the Original?
No one can offer a reproduction that the 100% same as the original
Our aim is not to mislead anyone into believing that our Paintings are Originals,which would be fraud but to produce paintings that are accurate to the degree that the difference between our reproduction and the Original is only visible on very close inspection which shines with the Essence and Majesty of the Original that will bring Beauty and Kudos to any room that displays it.
3. What is the minimum order?
No minimum for oil painting. you can purchase it one or two piece as a sample, but we still encourage customers to buy more to reduce the charge of ship.
4. What is the goods packaging?
Unframed paintings will be rolled and packed with a thin plastic layer between paintings professionally.Frames will be packed with four protected paper corners in suitable quantity in a firm paper carton. Furniture and other products will be packaged in a strong wood box.
5.Do you only produce the paintings shown on this site?
No, if you don't see the Painting you are looking for, then contact us and provide us with a good reference source and we will paint it for you.
6.How long will it take for you to process my order?
Once you have placed an order from our stock, it will be ready for dispatch within two working days after advance payment received.Once you have placed an order from our catalogue ,usually,it will be ready for dispatch in two to five weeks after advance payment received
7. How do you ship my order?
Any way you like is ok,by express,by air or by sea. But if we ship the goods to you by air and by sea, you have to clear the customs by yourselves.
8.How long for delivery for paintings?
For small orders, we can ship them by express, delivery takes approximately 3 to 4 business days. By air, delivery takes 6 to 8 business days. For larger painting orders, by seaship, delivery takes approximately 25 to 35 days.
9.What is the difference between the quality of Commercial, HQ and MQ?
Commercial quality is good for customers that are very cost-conscious and are looking for something pretty to hang in their home or office. We just ask that you keep the images that you select, to images that are not too complicated for the Commercial grade.
High Quality is a good middle quality. The paintings will have good styling, and the color tones and detail will be more accurate than Commercial, but not be as sharp and precise as the Museum Quality.
Museum Quality is the best of the 3 categories. The cost for these paintings are more expensive than the high quality, but you will be able to sell them for a higher profit. Our Museum quality paintings are painted by our most talented artists. They are extremely detailed rich in colors and texture. We always recommend our customer to order the Museum Quality painting since they are only slightly more expensive then our top quality paintings.
10.Do you offer a money back Guarantee?
Yes, we do. If you don't satisfaction our product, you can return it to us within two week or have an exchange of another product, if you return it to us you will receive a refund for the purchase price. But you need pay your return shipping costs.
11.Can I order also other sizes and other paintings than those listed in this web site? If the size you want is not listed on our site, please E-mail us your desired size, we will adjust the price accordingly.We can also paint an oil painting from any of your photographs (portrait, pet, house,car etc).
